Call Jake & the crew (828) 409-3984Jacob and his crew came in clutch. Our well had collapsed and not many companies were willing to respond late on a Saturday night. His team showed up with positive attitudes and saved the day. Down to earth, knowledgeable, and helpful. 10/10 recommend!
An excellent experience from start to finish. Jake answered right away when I called late last night. Wayne and Will arrived first thing, quickly diagnosed the problem, and the entire system was installed and completed before dinner. Professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They absolutely saved the day!
Jake and his crew were phenomenal. Our pump went out over the weekend and they responded that evening, came the next day, and had our water running again in no time. Great communication, friendly and trustworthy staff. You can tell they care. Wouldn't recommend anyone else before Ridgeline.
Woke up to no water and a well issue. Within an hour of my call, Jake diagnosed the problem and gave me a written quote. As promised, we had water before day's end and the best water pressure in almost 30 years. Professional service, friendly staff, and thank you for your military service. Highly recommend.
Jake and his crew are awesome! While anything well related is stressful, the crew was full of laughs and jokes. They were quick to fix the issue and very knowledgeable. I will recommend them over and over again. Can't beat the prices too! Thank you, Ridgeline!

Pump replacement price depends on pump type, well depth, and horsepower. Ridgeline gives a free, upfront written estimate before any work starts. Call (828) 409-3984 for a quote on your specific setup.
Common signs: no water at the tap, low or fluctuating pressure, sputtering faucets, air in the lines, a pump that runs constantly or short-cycles, and higher electric bills. Any of these means it's time for an inspection.
A submersible well pump typically lasts 8 to 15 years, depending on water quality, usage, and sizing. Variable-speed systems can extend pump life by reducing hard starts.
Not always. A waterlogged or failed bladder tank causes rapid cycling that wears out the pump. We test the tank during service and only recommend replacement if it's actually needed.
Check your breaker first. A tripped well pump breaker is a common cause, so reset it once. Then check the pressure tank gauge; 0 psi points to a pump or pressure switch issue. Listen at the pressure switch for clicking. If none of that gets water back, don't keep resetting the breaker. Call (828) 409-3984 and we'll get out there.
